Course started promptly. The online component was very confusing to me as I’m not very technical, Colleen was on board to help me through it. I’m 65 years old and still working full-time through a lot of pain. Colleen made allowances for this and made the course easier for me to complete. Mind you I’ve been doing this course through this company for the last 10 years. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

My instructor, Gordon, kept up a funny, informative environment while being incredibly sympathetic to different backgrounds and needs. The scenarios were enjoyable without comprising the serious nature and there was plenty of information even the senior first aiders found beneficial
